What Lodgd is

Lodgd is a NSW planning intelligence platform that monitors publicly available rezoning proposals on the NSW Planning Portal and provides personalised email alerts and a dashboard for tracking proposal activity.

Data we collect

We collect the following personal information:

• Account data — your email address and password when you create an account. Your email address is used to identify your account and send you alerts you have opted into.
• Alert subscription data — your name and email address if you subscribe to email alerts.
• User preferences — saved proposals, council watchlist, notes you create on proposals, and alert rules you configure within the dashboard. This data is stored against your account and is only visible to you.
• Feedback — any feedback you voluntarily submit through the feedback form.

We do not collect browsing data, track your activity across other websites, or use advertising cookies.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to:

• Provide access to the Lodgd dashboard
• Send you planning alert emails you have subscribed to
• Remember your saved preferences across devices
• Improve the platform based on feedback

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.

Third-party processors

We use the following services to operate Lodgd:

• Supabase — stores your account, preferences, and subscriber data. Data is hosted on servers in the United States. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant.
• Resend — sends transactional and alert emails on our behalf. Only your email address and name are passed to Resend for email delivery.
• AI services — used to generate summaries of planning proposals. No personal data is included in any AI analysis requests.

Data retention

Your account data and preferences are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You may unsubscribe from alert emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, after which no further alert emails will be sent.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time via Account Settings
• Unsubscribe from email alerts at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email

Planning data

All planning proposal data displayed on this platform is sourced from the publicly available NSW Planning Portal. Lodgd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of this data. It is provided for informational purposes only and must not be relied upon as legal, planning, or investment advice.
